Fishers are badass. They are the only creature that preys on porcupines. The Fisher grabs the Porky by the face, flips it over, then disembowels it, avoiding the quills.

No, only because I wasn't sure or not if it was legal to shoot. Turns out it isn't legal so I'm glad I didn't. I did pull up on it, had a great shot, but decided against it. The thing was fun to watch tho, hung out in front of my stand for a good 20 minutes mulling around. It's almost creepy the way they slink around doing whatever it is they do.

Try jigging. Trolling doesn't seem to be working...

A pair of wood ducks spent nearly an hour in the upper canopy of the trees around the house, searching for a cavity for nesting. An odd sight seeing ducks up in a tree. Unfortunately they moved on finding nothing that suiyed them.
