If I was only a fair condition skier I never would have won a pschocross race 4 at a time thru a terain park with no damn poles! Boarders and skiers could compete but skiers could not use poles, I glided thru chaos unscathed to win quite a few nice prizes,
Put up a video of your amazing skills so we can all see how core you are bro

Who would ever want to ride when there are that many people on the trail?  I'd rather ski the WROD.  :).

I was trying to poke some fun at MM's intensity earlier in the thread.  I guess it didn't work.

If the long range holds, Kwapper might be nice around the 16th.
Don't ski the trees, ski the spaces between the trees.

I'll start my season at Gore when there are enough open steeps or trees to make it worth the drive and lodging.

Early season whales and bumps on Hawkeye are my fave

Very much TBD, if I even get to ski at this point. Badly pinched a nerve in my back and haven't been able to do any physical activity the last 3 weeks. In PT now for it but no improvements as of yet. Supposed to go back to the Dr. first week of December at which point they will do an MRI. Were supposed to do one initially but my insurance requires PT before the MRI, so to PT I will continue to go the next few weeks...

Even if I was healthy, been working every weekend the last month with no sign of that letting up until I either quit or find a new job...so there's that which would prevent me from getting out for the first time too..

It’s feeling real drought-y out here right now. It might be a great season on the east coast this year. I hope you all have a killer one!

Sorry to hear about your back Kleetus. Heal up and stop working so much!

I may have asked before but what’s your gig?

If it makes you feel any better my current job building this trail is starting to have an impact on my 44 year old carcass. My hands are going numb a lot from nerve issues in my wrists.

That's sucks Kleetus. I hope it's not a sciatica. Sciatica nerve issue is what ended my ski teaching career.
