For me it will likely be Thanksgiving Saturday at Gore.

Depends on what Ma Nature brings.
I’ve done early days at Killington but it’s just not worth it, I’d rather be hiking and building stamina for when the real action starts
Don't ski the trees, ski the spaces between the trees.

Killington if over 50% of trails open by mid-December, otherwise Hunter as it's closer to home.

The Beast awakes tomorrow at 11am! Nothing like making some runs at Killington to prepare for the season!

Like skiing the trees my friend , when learning to surf I was nervous as hell if others in the water but I see the good surfers just cruising and making a coarse out of it not sweating the heavy crowd, I agree week days are the best but this is opening day!🎿

If I was only a fair condition skier I never would have won a pschocross race 4 at a time thru a terain park with no damn poles! Boarders and skiers could compete but skiers could not use poles, I glided thru chaos unscathed to win quite a few nice prizes,

I’m with Pee-Tex, I really don’t like skiing around on crowded slopes!
