Although I agree with you, and I totally dig how Laszlo will do anything he has to, to get his mountain ready for the customers, do you really think He wants people taking sketchy pictures of him and putting them on the intrawebz?

First of all I never name names.
Second I would say I never ( except I can't remember everything) write negatives about anyplace.

The only thing sketchy about that picture is the blur.

Today was really good. Tomorrow will be even better! I need to go to sleep now, so the morning comes sooner and I can ski again.

That's the equivalent of getting a flat tire, and saying, "I can still get some more miles out of these." Well, maybe if you plug them.

It's amazing to me how ignorant some people are about their ski equipment.  I Keep my skis in primo condition at all times, and if I was to ski on something like that, I would be falling left and right catching edges.  Thankfully I have access to a base grinder which I use every couple weeks.  I've gotten core shots before, and epoxy works well followed by a couple passes through the grinder. I only get about two seasons out of a pair of skis then their toast. They become rock skis.  The edges just wear down to much and you have to grind the whole thing to keep it consistent. Eventually they get thin and then crap like that happens.

Kind of goes hand in hand with my sig. Maybe I should change it to "The only problem with skiing the fresh pow, is sometimes you end up dropping more base than a EDM festival"

It doesn't matter that much in soft natural snow. Skiing on rocks is all part of skiing. People that are overly anal about there ski bases are sort of strange imo. It's gear, use it. I guess if I had a groomer race ski I'd want to keep it in top shape but all mountain skis? No need to be concerned with such things. If that ski would have you falling over Ethan you need to practice more.
These are the skis I've been on all season. My edges are all in tact tho.

You've got to be kidding. Hammer the thing flat, put some petex in there, file it flat, put it on the outside and let em rip.
