Saw this the other day. It has a mountain biker on a ridgeline mural painted on the side.

220,000 miles and they want $16,000 for it?

Looks like a nice build, though. I like those awnings.
Is that awning made for a vehicle?  If so seems like it would be a fairly simple matter to make it aero, to cut down on drag/noise.

I didn’t watch it to the end but I’d be surprised if they didn’t have a good $300k in that thing. It reminds me of the bost I had in the 80s, same concept. The lifestyle got old after awhile.

Owning a short bus is probably better than being a passenger on one.

Not much ground clearance on that bad boy. Must just be for stadium tailgating and walmart parking lot camping.

It almost has to be hydraulic to be that low. Don't you think?

Every year we do a wine trail trip the first week of October for our anniversary and for years camped at Watkins Glen SP. It coincided with a Westfalia meetup and there would be 50+ v-dubs from all over the US and Canada set up like a car/home show with wine and cheese, appy's etc.  - very cool rigs and a great bunch of folks to hang out with. Sunday on the way out they apparently would do a lap around the track and have a picnic in the infield. Flirted with the Westafalia thing a bit just because that event was so cool! These days we alternate between staying at GP and camping at WG and Toughanough (sp?) but haven't seen them for the last few years.

Nice! My lady and I go over to Watkins Glen quite often. We like the Harbor Side Hotel there as well as Rooster Fish Brewery. Def a cool little town with a big race track.

My brother has, I think a 1988 one with a pop-top, 4 wd and a diesel engine. It's pretty rad...people approach him all of the time to talk about it and see if he wants to sell!
