2nd morning here in Kihei, Maui. Yesterday we settled in for our 2 week stay, and of course drove all over the place. Can't sit still I guess. Anyways, so much to do here - the water action sports version of Chamonix.
Best photo op of the day was in Paia - a town where a sign proclaims "Don't feed the hippies!" How do you walk around with a full can of beer and keep your hands free? Easy. This guy has it down.  Memorial Day today, going to relax and do a South side beach tour. I'll try to post a pic every day. TD

Saturday Club racing at the Kihei Canoe Club. The Maui clubs rotate venues every Saturday. Today was at Kihei's Maalaea Bay
location. Sprint races for all ages, 10 - 99... It was very cool to catch some local culture.
