Somebody noticed! Usually I'm all serious about figuring out WHEN to make the switch, does it feel cold enough outside?

This time it was late Friday nite, some beerz were involved, there was adventure on tap ... stuff happens!

I think the new banner looks great. Excellent photo and a nice job of cropping: untracked snow, but just enough native flora to let us know that it's the northeast.

excellent pic!  Was very fall like when I got home yesterday and saw the banner switch.  Gotta get real cold over night but then we warm back into the mid 60's w/ mostly sun through the weekend!

Weather dependant banners?  Pretty cool!

Today's banner was in honor of the fact that, after imagining it for over three decades, I finally got to see OK Slip Falls.

It was awesome.

Okay, let's calm down on the banner changes. Also, I like my banners to be devoid of people. And I prefer that they be taken from remote peaks (that imply an adventure was had), not from groomers that I ski all the time.

I think I can live with this one for a day or two.  Not easy finding a thin slice that works and is simple enough so you can read the text.  

The lack of variety is me, I don't get out enough.  My photos do have the advantage that permission to use is easy to get. There is a spot for a photo credit now so if anyone has something and wants a photo credit, send it hires we might use it.

Personally, I like the new banner. I suppose the FL will change it because of this.
