There's early hints at a weak coastal storm Thursday evening into Friday morning, that could drop inches of snow in Saratoga County and beyond.

At the very least, every mountain should be blowing snow this weekend.

The Albany weather brain trust are liking a little coastal storm next Monday night.  Much colder air in place, and a longer duration, then tonight.

I'm happy with the half inch in my backyard right now!

Which is what I was referring to as well earlier in the week.

This will be a nice event to Whiteface area and N VT.. Some brutal temps will follow...Then a slow moderation..

Looks like temps will be in the 40's next week with lows below freezing. Is that what you're seeing Jason? I'm most interested in keeping the snow on the ground for next week.

From the 16th to 22nd or so it looks like mid to upper 40's..
but it's still a week away..
