I remember as a kid, sitting outside my grandparents’ gas station, watching people zipping around the ice on the Mohawk in all kinds of vehicles, motorcycles, pickups, cars.... My dad would always say, “At least one of them is going through the ice- there’s always at least one every year.”

The only water we've run was the Stillwater Reservoir as the locals gave us thumbs up on it. Even then it still had a foot of slush on it in spots. It just hasn't been cold, well, balls cold here today @ -10

Great riding. All trails have been spectacular with the exception of 19 miles on the tracks that were pretty bumped up. Other than that it's been ribbons.

Heading down to Forestport for the weekend.
