We were talking about or Dack loop the other day. Right now riding to Lake Placid is on the table so keep an eye out for sleds ripping across mirror lake the week before prez week.

I priced for six people. 1450 per person. I'm certain it will run over but not much

If those tracks are covered it will be a ripping trip. You should see if you can make it faster on a sled then you can with a car.
You guys ever look into Maine.

No way we could beat the time of a car. It will take 2 days of riding to get up there. Hoping those tracks are loaded with snow! I can't imagine hitting  a rail ---- F that. Talk about a downer, or a very sudden stop.

Never thought of Maine. That's a haul from here in CNY, especially when we hope to ride out of here or at least ride out of Tug.

Never been to either.  Been eyeing them for a years.   Been to Telluride...will be back.  For now I am still checking things off my list.  Never been to Jackson hole either.  The place scares me now with the IKON pass holders.   It may fall apart.  I need 6 people and my friends are like organizing cats.  Everyone talks a good game but when push comes to shove they don't pull the trigger.  If I can't get six I am going to TAOS with a ski club.

4 days at WC might be a bit overkill imho. I’d do two and then maybe head over to Durango/Silverton and leave a day open for a snowcat ski day or another at Silverton or Purg. Purgatory is plenty of fun for two days, the terrain actually very playful even though the overall pitch isn’t much. I think you can even tie in Taos from WC or I at least remember the drive not being too long.
