Was a fun tourney to watch

I was shocked when Rory didn't give him a better run. Jordan and Rickie certainly did ---- It seems like Rickie isn't too far away from winning a Major.

Hopefully it stops snowing around here so we can get out and play

Great tournament , Reed held his own when  the pressure was on  . Crowd had zero support for him , it was weird, i wondered why. I also didn't realize Bubba is the least liked guy on the tour  . Reeds hero is Tiger so it figures he is mentally tough .

I felt bad for him too. I was talking with pro about it when he and his son were down there. I asked him if they saw that and he said that thankfully they had missed that....lol

I mentioned to him that part of me was happy to see a pro be "human" ---- he replied, that's nothing. I did that on a par 3. LMAO ---- I told him it would never happen to me because after the second one in  the water I would take an X and pick up.

Sergio went full tin cup. After the 2nd ball in the water you would think he would have hit it deeper

Was a very entertaining back 9 for the leaders.  Seems like all kinds of bad stuff is coming out about Reeds personal life.  I’ve liked him because his play in the Ryder Cup.

I wonder if rahm got a letter in the mail yet from the Masters committee. That guy is mental case. I thought Sunday was rather boring this year. Spieth impressed the crap out of me. I think he is the best Golfer right now. Rickie did well because he did not have a chance. I like the guy but I don't think he will win a big one. I have been rooting for Reed for a while now. The guy is money under pressure.. And he had moobs.

Well opened up my season today , beautiful day , course in decent shape ,greens very fast , stop n plop on the fairways ( which i had a helluva time finding with the big silly stick on the first 4 holes )  then at least recovered on the last 5 holes for a meh , so so  43 .

The groove early season always takes some time , so no worries .

Just Nice to finally get out there

Just my 2nd round of the season but I found something tonight in my round.  Getter older and less flexible and I’ve had a tight left hip since the end on last golf season and all ski season.  I went old school with a Golden Bear move to lift the left heel a bit on the take away so I got a bit more turn and added considerable distance with my driver.  Also less stiffness to boarderline pain in my hip.  4 birdies and my short game was meh with several 3 putts that never happens for me when the greens get nice. I’ll take a 75 this time of the year.

A little better today a 41 . I'm  playing a different course this year , so am still trying to figure it out .Greens on this one faster than course  i have played for years . .

Another change , back using my Cobra ZL reg shaft driver again .its about 20 yds longer than my Callaway XR 15 with sr shaft .. The ZL also found the short grass on every hole .  Will be 75 this week so every bit of xtra yardage and accuracy really  helps   .
