What is the Ideal Amount of Snow?

What is normal cruising speed?  

AS for the ideal amount of snow, the answer that i am sure all of us can agree on is simple....enough snow to blanket the mountain, open all of the trails and the glades, and stop the Northway after you (or in my case me) have gotten through so that the mountain is basically empty the next day.....

Now...what shall I grill on opening day?

For me it is 12-14 mph, the limit of my helmet's maximum protection.

Reminds me of a young lady's order I saw the other night.     She got "grilled romaine lettuce"      That's it.
