Gore/WF combo this weekend.

I had some big plans to drive up to WF tonight but I fell asleep on the couch a few times and am still home so now... Magic maybe?

I might do half a day at Gore. If it warms up as predicted then I may do more.

Sure but there are others here way more qualified to do that then me. Assuming we make it tomorrow it’ll be the most open terrain I’ve ever had at Magic. It’s an easy place to explore though. Everything starts at the top at more or less the same spot and then ends up back at the base area in more or less the same spot.

I’m considering a no-planning policy from now on since everything keeps getting undermined/changed on me at the last minute every week.

That being said, if this weather event pans out in our favor, who’s going to benefit? Greek? the ADKs? Plattekill?

The 0Z did in fact shit the bed for Gore, WF looked better.  Plus my Slides gear should get delivered today so maybe I'll actually get to check that off the East Coast bucket list.

I’m booked to go to Hunter on Friday with the club. However, Mount Snow is looking more and more enticing.

Headed to van Ho this weekend.  6" - 10" snow predicted.

Back to Magic this weekend after a long break.  I may sneak north tomorrow if the snow is worth the drive and the winds hold off.  

If the storm tonight/tomorrow delivers (even if it’s wet snow) then I’m thinking WF Friday, maybe staying for Saturday.  Probably be solo, or meeting my son from Plattsburgh, if anyone else thinks they might be there and wants to make some turns.
