Utah, northern Colorado and Jackson all got slammed this week.

We ended up with around 40 or so inches last week ourselves which really opened things up. I got a few really good days in but the wind and Arizona sun did there thing so it’s back to sedona for sun and 60 degree temps this weekend.

Staying in downtown Jackson, skiing with my brother, who looks just like me and the women. I'll PM you my phone # if you want to get together.

RA, I'm bringing all the BC & avy gear! I think I have some acquaintances with local knowledge that I'll try to get to ski with me, but any recommendations are appreciated.

Yeah, but I bet next Mon/Tue are going to be great skiing days here in the NE.  Great coverage and spring temps!  Sunday is the only day I can get out.  Not as warm, but things should soften nicely...

And my low tire pressure sensor just went off

Should be ok. Usually my light goes out after I warm up the tires.

For whatever reason the Catskills and the lower foothills are getting extremely cold temps. I'm in Ellenville down in the Valley and 2 nights ago we had a low of -16 that held for about 3 hours. Last night we were at -15 and in the -13 range for nearly 6 hours. These will be the second and third coldest nights ever recorded here. (The all time record seems to be -17)

Wilmot near Chicago (owned by Vail Resorts) was closed Tue-Thu due to frigid temps.  For the northern midwest in general, lots of businesses were staying closed.  Has to be really cold for that to happen in MN and MI.

Got down to 3 degrees overnight at Massanutten.  Not sure I've ever see it that cold in the last 15 years.  Snowguns were on 24 hours for days this week.  Temps go up into the 40s for the weekend.

Yes, it was a brisk -15 on my way to the office this morning.

Beats 40, that's for sure.

Disagree on the Pita w the tire gauges.  Many times many vehicles last ten years picked up nails and screws and would not have know if not for the alerts.    One car alone daughters had three in three years.     Add some air in the winter or have your tire guy do it when he rotates every five k    If they are a big low the alert is doing it job.   Really does help with tire life longitity and mileage being properly inflated.
