Never heard of him, but he's from Akron.  I've been to Akron, it's about the farthest thing from country as you could imagine.  It's just a crummy city (no offense).

Yeah, to me that is the complete opposite of what hunting is all about. That sounds more like a video game and that crap ain't for me.

For my I enjoy all the shenanigans that go on at camp. It's being back there with a handful of really good friends making memories that will last a lifetime. I like looking at all the old pictures on the walls, the playboy's from the 70's etc etc. There's no phone, no cell, no internet, no TV, none of that modern day crap to interfere with our card games. Sure it's nice to kill deer and fill everyone's freezer, but that's just a small part of the overall experience.

Maybe so but country doesn't get much more country than DAC's most famous songs.

Back to reality, which is quite a slap in the face after 10 days of pure solitude. LOL

So far it's been a tough year. We have meat hanging but nothing worth talking about, only eating

Primary rut is late this year with a full moon just a few days ago. Should be triggering estrous in the does now. This week should provide intense rut activity with bucks on the move. Too bad I'm back in my office, but at least I have Tuesday's and Sunday's to get after em. Plan on hunting at home for the rest of the season. It's super fun leaving right fromm your door with gun in hand!
