Face, Northface and Plunge are done. Guns are on Block.  Seems like good progress.

Who's skiing this weekend?

I'm Going to try to ski Plattekill Sunday, I am just slightly worried about getting there. The heaviest snow is coming Saturday night. Regardless, I'm sure the skiing will be great Sunday.

Should start snowing there soon according to the radar.  It's been snowing lightly all morning about 4-5 hours to the west.

Snowing pretty good right now. Conditions are improving.

Got here at noon skiing was decent and got better as it snowed from about 2:30(?) on.


Catskill Freeheel returns to Plattekill

It was laps on Ridge and Twist mostly thin cover all natch.

Maybe 4 inches down so far? Forecast looking up just a bit after some scary freezing rain talk.



I met Danielle's cousins and they are way cool.

They built a Harv style shack with woodstove right down the road, I'm going to walk down and check it out. Maybe have a beerz.

It is going to be the shining in here I think.

10:45pm, downtown Roxbury, 1cm in the 10 minutes it took me to move the car to the end of the street.

Radar showing you are more on the warm side of this at Platty.  It's been puking all night up in the Daks and the temps are cold. This is real blower.
