Dude come on in off the ledge.
First... this is not news. Long range models have been showing this for at least 7-10 days: http://forum.nyskiblog.com/Fall-Weather-2014-tp4044678p4047650.html Second, it's crazy to cash in Christmas on 12/2. Third, if it is all true, WTF can we do about it?

Seriously, Harv posted about this days ago.
I hate to say it, but I'm rooting for Mountain Creek to have no snow and suck even more than it usually does. So I'm actively hoping that a 16 year old kid gets disappointed and sad. Does that make me a bad person? |

Its always been like this the Winter weather up down up down. You wouldn't understand Sno but the Winter ski conditions in the East is like sex with the wife, take what you can get and don't complain.
Want to spend special time with your children, teach them to ski or snowboard. The reward will be endless!

I don't think that's a good idea...the lane conditions would never be right for you! |

Yep. Spoiler alert: The vertical always lasts more than the horizontal.

No you aren't, because you ski those places. I never ski your crappy mountain, so I hope it's so warm that palm trees start growing in the parking lot. |
I do ski WF and Gore, but I don't have to. If WF and Gore can't open fully, I will just go to Stratton or K Mart instead. I know you won't go to Stratton or K Mart, so I hope that it is warm at WF and Gore all season so that palm trees grow in the parking lot. Then we will see if you prefer to ski Stratton or not ski at all. And then Action Park will be open in the winter, so I'll go there. There's no Action Park at Whiteface or Gore to save you.

Yea, sure. Yet only 20 minutes earlier you posted this in another thread...... It does make you a bad person,,,, and a hypocrite ,,,,,, and a jerk,,,, and quite frankly, rather stupid of you not to realize your duplicity. |

Sno, Today is Give-Back Tuesday. Instead of bowling, you might consider volunteering as a Red Kettle Bell Ringer in the Plastic Palm Tree Parking Venue you frequent. It may expand your horizons. Let's all think positive vibes and do good deeds, Mattchuck. Ski you all on your favorite hill. |

He's not a bad person - he's just complex and conflicted Oct 27: Nov 28: He must be suffering because he had to buy a season pass from ORDA, no longer sucking off that tit.
Don't ski the trees, ski the spaces between the trees.

You guys are being dumb. None of this is hypocrisy.
I can be for low gas prices and high gas taxes (in fact, low gas prices make high taxes more palatable). I can hate class warfare and also hate snoloco for posting about Mountain Creek every 30 seconds (in fact, that kid's family probably has more cash than most people on this forum, besides multi-millionaire-in-his-mind Benny). And I don't know if anyone thinks that ORDA's tit is as bountiful as, say, Selma Hayek's. |
I do feel like I have been a little negative lately, though, so I'll try to dial back the anger. I think this has something to do with it:
I really only want Mountain Creek to roast because it'll force snoloco to travel to places that I actually want to hear about. |
