I don't believe so.  Their ski club is really just an email list and rideshare board.  They have a few official trips each year, but otherwise, it's mostly people carpooling to get to WF.  I have a car up here, so I'll usually be giving rides (for anyone who wants to hit the road at 6am).

I have the best humor.  tremendously misguided and that's what the best people say.  Nobody's humor is more misguided than mine.  Trust me, I'm bigly misguided with the humor.  Puppet? No puppet!! You're the puppet.  Nasty puppet!!

WF just put up the conditions page and it says that the projected opening is 11/25, while elsewhere on the website it says 11/18.  Not sure why this is.  All I know is if they aren't open the 19th/20th, I won't get to ski there till December and that would really suck.

I'm not in the North country during Thanksgiving Weekend as Clarkson closes the dorms that weekend, so one cannot stay on campus.  Since I will have just completed a 6 hour drive to get home and have to do it to get back, I probably won't have a trip to Belleyare in me (assuming they're open).  My only hope to ski that weekend is if Gore is open on Sunday and has decent skiing (basically not like the same weekend last year).  Regardless, I will not be at Whiteface that weekend.

It's weird how so many ski areas open Thanksgiving weekend because that weekend typically sucks for me being able to easily do a trip.  I almost always have other commitments, except Sunday when the roads are jammed and you can't go further than the Catskills (which aren't always open then) if you want to have a hope of returning home at a reasonable hour.
