If you click on "Go Live" it seems you can control the position of it a little bit. Unfortunately sometimes it seems to point at the wall. Need to get the kinks out.
Remarkably great conditions. Probably because it didn’t really rain too much, it froze up quickly, there was just enough grooming, an inch of new snow on top and about 50 people on the mountain.
Southwest 20-30 mph winds forecast for tomorrow with gusts to 45. TR chair might have some issues. Thinking the front, north side and BR might be places to hideout from the wind. We were planning on skiing WF tomorrow but forecast is 50mph with gusts to 70 up there.
I was definitely having more fun as the day went on. Uncas was pretty eh early in the morning, Lies was decent. After lunch I hit Sagamore, and it seemed like the snow was starting to soften up. Finished up with a couple runs on Topridge, had a great time but it kicked my ass. Topridge probably had the best snow of the day aside from maybe Sagamore.
Some of the more trafficked blue runs did have some big patches of ice. Twister in particular had a huge one on the right side about 2/3 of the way down.
