Thursday night-Friday, northern stream clipper type system should bring light snow or snow showers to the region late Thursday night into Friday morning, changing to rain in valley areas during Friday. Several inches of accumulation could occur across portions of the southwest Adirondacks, with a coating to 2 inches in valley areas north of I-90. Lows mainly in the 20s, with highs Friday reaching the mid 30s to mid/upper 40s. It will also become quite breezy/windy late Thursday night into Friday, with south winds possibly gusting over 35 mph within north/south valleys.
