The vocabulary here is well defined. Benny, just let yourself fall to the least common denominator and relax.

When you get back to 19th century, can you ask 'em all why they wear those funny hats?

umm check out the HBO series Deadwood.  They used profanities a lot in the 19th century.  Benny is gonna be in for a rude awakening.

On a side note I would love to travel back to the 19th century.

continuing on my side note..

the two things I would like to be in the 19th century would be a mountain man who was friends with all the cool native American tribes or a gambler (maybe even a riverboat gambler) gun fighter.

Oh the third thing would be a first wave to Alaska gold miner who hits it big and owns a whole town.

Um, you do know that that is a fictional television series written in the early 21st century by a Yale educated screenwriter/producer and funded by a lot of people who probably never opened a book written by Mark Twain or Jack London? Just checking.

Yeah, and? Stowe is one of the snowiest ec resorts. So is jay peak. I never said it wasn't. But if you're just throwing darts at a calendar the conditions will not compare to out west. That's a fact. Skiing fake snow the majority of the time does not equal powder/packed powder most of the time. And they're very crowded as well which scrapes off pow and turns trails icy quicker.

It's hilarious that people get their panties in a bunch over me stating the OBVIOUS. That stowe is charging absolutely outrageous prices and is not a good value for what they're charging. It's a shame because it's one of the snowiest ski hills on the east coast.(that's not why they're charging so much) Hell it's obvious almost all of the major VT resorts are completely over priced. That's a fact. Hell, it's why I question whether these people posting here are industry people. Either that or they're crazy elitist.

It means a lot of people won't ski it

Wow ... What a great day for hits!!!

I'm starting to think that PowAss is actually Harvey ... what a great way to generate traffic ... troll your own site!

Look at the "Views" at the bottom ... getting close to 1,000,000!!!

Harvey, you should have a contest, whoever gets the 1,000,000th view gets a free ticket to Stowe!!!

Come on Pro, Deadwood was an awesome show, especially the first season when Wild Bill was on.

Speaking of Views, when I check to see whose on line I often see 1 invisible member. I have a feeling its the same guy, but who wouldn't want to be caught lurking?
